- 01I think freelancing is honestly one of the best career paths for people who value flexibility.
- 02Personally, I'd choose it over a typical nine-to-five job any day of the week.
- 03The main reason is that you get to set your own hours instead of following someone else's schedule.
- 04You're also not tied down to a single company, so you can pick up clients from pretty much anywhere in the world.
- 05For instance, a friend of mine works as a freelance graphic designer from home.
- 06She takes on projects for clients in different time zones and just fits her work around her daughter's school hours.
- 07So overall, I really believe freelancing suits people who are self-disciplined and good at managing their own time.
- 08At the end of the day, it's definitely not for everyone, but if you can handle the uncertainty, it can be incredibly rewarding.
