- 01I think eating healthy is honestly one of the hardest habits to keep up with these days.
- 02There's just so much cheap, tasty junk food around that it's tempting to skip proper, balanced meals.
- 03For example, when I first started working full-time, I used to grab instant noodles or fried chicken almost every night because they were quick and convenient.
- 04After a few months of that, I noticed I was tired all the time and had even put on a bit of weight.
- 05That's mainly because processed food is loaded with salt, sugar, and oil, but it doesn't really give your body the nutrients it actually needs.
- 06On top of that, when you're exhausted after work, cooking a proper meal just feels like the last thing you want to do.
- 07So I'd say healthy eating isn't really about willpower — it's more about building habits that make the healthy choice the easy choice.
- 08Once I started meal-prepping on weekends, sticking to a healthier diet became a lot more manageable for me.
