- 01Honestly, I think most team meetings run way longer than they actually need to.
- 02A lot of the time, we could get the same result from a quick email instead of sitting through a whole call.
- 03That's mainly because people often go off-topic and start discussing things that don't concern everyone in the room.
- 04On top of that, there's rarely a clear agenda, so the conversation just drifts without any real direction.
- 05Like last week, our weekly sync was supposed to take twenty minutes but ended up dragging on for over an hour.
